Mother’s Day Sunday Brunch is served across the afternoon, with each course shared in celebration of the mothers at the table.
The menu follows a sequence of savoury and sweet courses, beginning with Hamachi Crudo paired with pickled kohlrabi and horseradish cream. Each dish moves naturally through the meal, carrying the experience from one course to the next.
Mothers will receive a gift of artisanal bath salts, along with a spa credit, extending the experience beyond the table. A flower bouquet-making session with the in-house florist is available at an additional charge for those who wish to stay a little longer and leave with something made by hand.
