We all know that agreeing on a place to eat is not easy for people with different tastes. If you’re dining with your friends or family, everyone might not find the food they like on one menu. That’s why it’s good to have variety when eating out! The good news is almost every mall in Kuala Lumpur has a food court offering diverse local and international cuisines.

Food courts are ideal for families because there are plenty of food vendors, and everyone can order what they like. For our family, I usually order the same, because why change something that’s good. My husband however, likes to try different vendors and different dishes.

Additionally, if you’ve got family visiting from overseas, taking them to the food courts in Kuala Lumpur is the best way to introduce them to the local cuisine. You can order multiple dishes and let them try it all at once. Or, you can enjoy local cuisine, while family can stick with Western choices if they’re not so foodie-adventurous.

And because food courts are often loud and busy, it doesn’t matter if your kids are loud.

In this post, we’re highlighting our favorite food courts in Kuala Lumpur. So prepare for a culinary adventure with us and tag along for a gastronomic surprise!
